Meditation benefits our physical bodies, our emotions, and our mind. It is also an integral part of any spiritual path.
The highest divine purpose of life is to know God. The highest state is to experience union. Knowing God according to most of the mystical paths is to know the one source through experiencing or feeling the divine in our own heart. Remembrance is the tool that mystics and Gnostics used to know God, and how all of the prophets maintained their connection to God.
Remembrance is a very ancient form of meditation, pre-dating organized religion that is centered or focused on the heart. The heart is the house of God and the source of where we feel love, and experience divine wisdom, knowledge and gnosis. In Sufism we call it “witnessing”. Remembrance brings into the body, the highest divine light and energy possible; raising our consciousness. It is the most powerful tool I know of to maintain an alignment with a higher power, and is a way to keep God before you in every moment. It heals the heart—the place of our deepest wounds. Remembrance enables us to connect to our soul—the deeper level of our true selves, and it heals the soul also. Feeling divine love, mercy, compassion, and peace for ourselves and for others are examples of some of the different experiences people start to receive. (We all could use more mercy for ourselves).
With practice, your connection continues to deepen and these qualities grow in you. You become the vessel of not only feeling these things for yourself, but also being able to offer them to others. Your prayers become deeper and more easily heard; your guidance opens. Learning Remembrance is like receiving the road map to the way back. These are the same energies that heal our wounds.
Remembrance opens, purifies and heals the heart, in a space where God is present, so you feel the safety. We all have hearts that carry walls, pains, and misconceptions. The walls are veils that keep us from our higher nature, and put us on a continual loop of suffering.
Healers can benefit greatly and deepen their skills by learning this spiritual practice.
Physicians have prescribed meditation to more than 6 million patients. Stress injures our health. Meditation and the spiritual healing that I do, are the best medicine there is.

There are many forms of meditation. Some are more focused on the mind, but the mind cannot feel. It is like a data bank producing thoughts and ideas. The heart is the house of God and the source of where we feel love, and all the other divine qualities.
Remembrance can be learned by you in an individual session. I also teach to groups of all walks of life, other healers who want to deepen their skills, and businesses.
For whatever reason, I have always been lead to follow a mystical path, and drawn to learning metaphysical subjects. I learned transcendental meditation in 1972. My spiritual journey began first on a New Age path in 1988, and for the last 15 years I have been on a Sufi path, (which is the path of the prophets) where I have practiced remembrance. My studies in general have included crystals, Reiki in 1989, chakras, a variety of other subjects, and travel to many spiritual sites.
